50% of the total payment is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 day(s) before arrival.

There is an automatic cleaning fee of $75.00 charged per stay.

In lieu of collecting a pet fee, we request that pet owners adhere to the following:

Pets are to be leashed at all times outside the unit, for the safety of our animals and yours.
Waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of.
Use the provided pet towels and blankets on the furniture to prevent the transfer of hair and dander.
Messes should be cleaned up immediately.
Sweep up excessive pet hair before your departure.
Please inform us of the pets you will be bringing at the time of booking so we can have the supplies available for you.

A pre-authorization of $500.00 is held from the day of your arrival and voided on two days after your departure, assuming no damages.

Please inform us right away of any damage so we can properly address the repairs before the next guest’s arrival.

The state of Oregon and Linn County impose transient lodging taxes of 1.5% and 3.0%, respectively.

100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled at least 14 days before arrival.

50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled at least 7 days before arrival.

0% refundable if canceled within 7 days of arrival.

Check in is at 3:00pm. You will receive a unique 4-digit code to unlock the front door.

Check out time is 11:00am. Please contact us in advance if you’d like to request a late check out.
